I am passionate about helping people rediscover their inherent goodness, and marvel that as clients are offered new tools, they discover their innate abilities to reach higher ground. I believe wholeheartedly that trials can refine a person rather than define them, and I find deep satisfaction in witnessing the resilience of the human spirit

Education & Training

I received a Master’s Degree and clinical training in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. I have received advanced training in EMDR therapy from The EMDR Institute, and am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
