“Everyone is the hero of their own life story.”- John Bart
I believe in the inherent capacity of individuals to bring about profound changes both within themselves and in their lives. My therapeutic approach is centered on fostering a collaborative partnership that recognizes clients as the architects of their own transformation. My treatment approach is centered in the use of evidence-based practices, ensuring that the interventions and techniques I employ are rooted in proven effectiveness and sound research. By nurturing and cultivating a non-judgmental and safe environment, I aim to empower clients to discover their strengths, confront obstacles, and create positive change. With sustained support, I am dedicated to helping clients toward realizing their innate potential for growth and establishing lasting and impactful changes.
Outside of the therapy room, I find enjoyment in activities such as running, hiking, mountain biking, socializing with friends and family, movies, theater, and attending sporting events.
