“History, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be unlived, but if faced with courage, need not be lived again.”- Maya Angelou
One of my favorite things to witness is the strength of the human spirit. Life is full of challenges, whether they come from trauma, relationship difficulties, work issues, our health, or in other ways. However, these trials can shape us in powerful ways, and as we find the courage to navigate them, we emerge on the other side with a deeper understanding of who we were always meant to be. I often find myself in awe of those who face challenges and overcome them. There is a profound beauty in that transformative process! My role as a therapist is to walk with you on this journey, helping you identify your strengths and discover areas for growth. Change takes real effort, but it is possible, and you are not alone.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, running, and spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I also love reading more about how to heal families as I value lifelong learning and growth.
