Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself - questions, emotions, contradictions, and all.
I work with people who are navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, body image struggles, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are rebuilding their identity or untangling the expectations they've carried for years. They often arrive feeling exhausted from trying to be "good enough," disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to trust their own voice. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, make sense of what they've been through, and create a life that feels genuinely their own.
My practice has a special focus on trauma, identity development, and life transitions. Whether you're recovering from painful experiences, navigating changing relationships, questioning long-held beliefs, or learning to trust yourself again, therapy offers a space to heal with curiosity rather than judgment.
I'm a Master Clinician and Trainer in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma treatment that helps people process painful experiences efficiently without having to relive every detail. Alongside ART, I integrate approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to help clients build lasting change—not just symptom relief.
Clients describe me as warm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I value authenticity over perfection and believe that healing happens when we approach ourselves with curiosity instead of judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
When I'm not in the therapy office in Spanish Fork, you'll usually find me reading, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with my family. As a mom of seven, I know life can hold both incredible joy and profound grief at the same time. I believe both deserve room at the table, and I bring that perspective into every session.
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, honesty, and practical tools for meaningful change, I'd be honored to be part of your journey. Call/text my business line 385-422-2552 or email me at marjann@pineviewtherapyclinic.com
