Conflict and disconnection can make life feel overwhelming, but change can take place when we recognize our role in unhealthy patterns and take ownership of what we can control. When we are willing to examine our own contributions while using the strengths we have, we open the door to healing and can begin creating the life and relationships we truly want.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as unwanted pornography use, ADHD, faith transitions, mixed-faith marriages, infidelity, remarriage and stepfamily blending, and relationship growth. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, creating a non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and emotions freely.Using a family systems approach, along with Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Internal Family Systems, I help clients uncover the tools they need to heal, build resilience, and achieve personal and relationship goals.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am honored to walk with my clients on their journey toward greater clarity, connection, and resilience.
