My Philosophy
Freud once said, “We are never so defenseless against suffering as when we love.” I am honored to journey alongside suffering couples and families as they find their way to peace, understanding, and healing. I have come to understand the antidote to suffering is connection. My mission is to help individuals, couples, and families find deeper connections with the ones they love.
Education & Training
I completed my undergraduate work at BYU-Idaho in Marriage and Family Studies and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University. I currently teach Parenting at BYU-Idaho.
